If I could only have one "foodie" book it would be: "Adventures in Greek Cooking, The Olive and the Caper" by Susanna Hoffman. As much a cultural oddesy and food history book as an expose of the greek love of food. Buy one, you will not regret a penny.
The recipes given below represent our tiny exploration of Greek cuisine. When I retire again for the third time, this is where I will be!
