Cook the vegetables in the ususal way.
Make 4 rosti and keep hot. Assembly
For each person, on a warm plate:
Place a butter rosti
Place a portion of each of the vegetables in a layer
Place two slices of ham as a layer
Place another rosti on top
Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top of the top rosti and pop under the grill, or in the oven to melt the cheese.
