Pasta - Basics

Ingredients

For 2 normal adults or 1 hungry teenager:

225 gm	FAIRTRADE pasta of your choice
FAIRTRADE	Sources Pasta

Method

Boil plenty of water as the pasta absorbs water and expands.
Put in the pasta to cook and let the water come back to the boil.
The cooking takes 12 to 15 minutes once the water is boiling.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and "use".

Variation

Pasta Stir Fry.
Add the cooked pasta to a Green Salad to make the salad more filling.
Cover with real tomato sauce and melted cheese.
