Method
Preparation
Trim the ends off the snow peas and remove any "string".
Rinse and drain the water chestnuts.
Cooking
In a wok or large pan heat the oils together and then stir fry the snow peas for a couple of minutes.
Then add the water chestnuts and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To serve
Serve as a side dish with sweet and sour chicken.
